Ordering

Now you can order from us without calling or emailing! Go ahead and use our secure site to place a order with GrooveNet by using our secure order form . The form is secure, so you can put your charge card number and expiration date in the "comments" box. You can place an order with it even if you've ordered from us before. Try it, it's easy!

You can email your charge card information in two emails if you like. In the first email put the first half of the digits, in the second email put the last half of the digits and the expiration date. You can also include your order on one of the emails if you like. You can email the order here.

Foreign orders are welcome! Please see the shipping rates below before you place the order.

The order will be processed the same day and sent out via Priority Mail (unless other arrangements are made). We can ship UPS if you require, rates are the same. It's that easy!

We do accept checks. If you want to reserve an item email sales@groove-entertainment.net and reserve it! We will hold the item until we receive the check or money order and then process the order after the check has cleared.

We do want to make you happy. If recieve any merchandise that is defective we will accept it in return for exhange for the same item or a similar item that is in stock. Sorry, we cannot give cash refunds.

First cd is $4.90 and each additional item is $.50 each thereafter. Lp's are $6.90 for the first lp and $.50 for each additional.Any order over $100 is freight free within the United States (used merchandise and sale items excluded)! We ship via Priority US Mail

Overseas and foreign orders are welcome. Shipping is as close to actual cost as we can estimate. There is no longer any surface mail overseas. If it is over 4 pounds it has to be priority mail. Most countries outside of the U.S. are $8.80 or first cd and $2.00 each cd thereafter. Pacific Rim countries are higher (usually $1 more each). Canada is the same as the U.S. except each cd or DVD is an additional $1.00. Vinyl records overseas are $14.50 for the first disc and usually $3 for each additional disc, DVD's are $8.80 for the first disc and $2.00 for each additional. These are only estimated costs. Double discs count as 2 etc. We cannot be held responsible for items shipped domestically or overseas with out insurance and registration is recommended for overseas orders. If you want to insure your package (especially if you live in the Pacific Rim, Italy, Africa, South America etc.) it is highly recommended! The postal service in those countries are not the best. We are not responsible if you do not insure packages to those countries!

There are some countries we will not ship to including: Pakistan, Mexico, Malaysia. Mail fraud in those countries are rampant.

*Prices of import items are subject to change. Most of the time the price will accurate within our pages; however, the price of the yen and other foreign money can change daily and could be subject to change. If the price of the item changes from the time you order it till the time you recieve the product, you are welcome to return the item for a refund (as long as the item remains sealed and can be resold).

Be sure and check out our impressive selection of region 2 DVDs. There are a lot of great titles avaliable that you cannot get in the United States. Some require an all region player with a PAL converter, but not all. Some can be played in US players. We will be selling an excellent all region player in a few weeks, stay tuned!

A new feature on our site is the "Catalogue" section. These are titles that are available to us within a couple of days. If you want to order anything from this section, prices are cheaper than stock items in some cases! If you want to order anything from this area, just mention it when you place an order.
